  1. Go to: http://httpd.apache.org/download.cgi
  2. Save the Win32 Binary (MSI Installer) file

PHP

  2. Click PHP 5.0.2 zip package file (not the Windows installer)
  3. Download from the relevant mirror site

MySQL

  1. Go to: http://dev.mysql.com/downloads
  2. Click MySQL 4.1
  3. Find Windows downloads and download from the relevant mirror site from Windows Essentials (x86).
