This article contains all information pertaining to the MyDomain service.

DNS Managment

Adding a New Domain

  • Login: http://www.mydomain.com/login/
  • Click on Manage Service Domains
  • Click Add Domains button at the bottom of the page
  • Add domain/s to the text box on separate lines then click Add
  • Click on Add Services
  • Click Continue
  • Accept agreement and click Continue
  • Click Place Order
  • Click Manage Domains and Services


Setting-up DNS Management

  • Login: http://www.mydomain.com/login/
  • Click on My Services tab
  • Search for the domain name and click Manage Domain Services
  • All forwarding must be disabled for the domain to function
    • Disable URL Forwarding | Disable Email Forwarding | Click Update
  • Under DNS Management enter the MXrecord information:
    • Priority: 10 | mail.customerdomain.com
  • Under Sub Domain IP Address / A enter the server where the website is configured:
    • Windows Web Server | 203.188.156.208
    • Linux Web Server | 203.188.156.211
  • Click Update
  • Click on Wildcard DNS Records
  • Under Sub Domain IP Address / A enter the server where the website is configured:
    • Windows Mail Server | 203.188.156.206
    • Linux Mail Server | 203.188.156.211
  • Click Update and request MyDomain to Re-check the server.


Add and configure additional sub-domains as required, most commonly the mail sub-domain.
