Receive Notifications for Subscriptions/Unsubscriptions
With the Email Marketing software, you have the ability to setup the software to send a notification to you when a subscriber subscribes or unsubscribes. This article will instruct you on how to set up this feature.
To start, go to the Lists page by clicking on the Lists tab. Click on Options –> Advanced Settings on the list you want to set up notification for.
After clicking Options –> Advanced Settings, you will see a Pop-up/Modal. Scroll down the Pop-up/Modal. Towards the middle you will see two fields: the “Subscription notification email” and the “Unsubscription notification email” fields.
To receive notification on any Subscription and/or Unsubscription for this list, simply add an email address to either or both fields. You could also add multiple email addresses by separating them with a comma. Click on the Save List button when you are done. You will now be notified of any Subscriptions and/or Unsubscriptions to your list.
